Membership covers ongoing primary care with Lauren — including visits, virtual care, and after-hours access. We currently accept Medicare and BCBS VT; VT Medicaid credentialing is pending and expected to be available soon.

Concierge membership for insured patients
Patients utilizing insurance (Medicare, BCBS VT, and Medicaid once credentialing is complete) can add concierge-level access — including after-hours availability, virtual visits, and same-day responsiveness — for a flat $55/month membership fee.
